Hi friend, I’m Brynne! I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and Lifestyle + Wellbeing Coach with experience helping others build personalized, sustainable habits and routines.

In my clinical work, I was inspired to think a little further.​..While many of the clients I worked with were already living with chronic conditions, and while changes they implemented made a huge impact on their quality of life and performance, I always wondered, “What if…”  What if someone had taught them how to prevent chronic conditions through simple lifestyle changes before they ever had one? What if they had known ways to modify their habits and routines earlier on, so they could optimize their performance and wellbeing? What if society as a whole promoted the importance of self-care and holistic wellness, with ways to actually DO it in everyday life? Would so many people be suffering from chronic disease, stress, and burnout? My educated guess: absolutely not.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my time to educate others and why I prioritize practices that nourish my mind, body, soul, and heart in my own life. Through attention and mindfulness, small but persistent steps towards new habits and simple self care, and a desire to cultivate a meaningful + fulfilling life, I have created my lifestyle of wellbeing.

Of course, I still experience the everyday ups and downs (that is simply part of being human!), but I have learned to cope with life’s challenges through intention and practice, and am always discovering more about myself as I continue to travel my own wellbeing path.

Through both my personal and professional experiences as an occupational therapist and lifestyle coach, I have learned there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution to wellbeing + success. While each of us have a different path, I truly believe that with the right support, consistent focus, and the how-to for a meaningful lifestyle, anyone can find their way to their most fulfilling life. I’d be honored to be a part of your journey there!

Hi there, I’m Megan! I’m a late 20-something entrepreneur, with a Corporate America background, at The Walt Disney Company. 

I have a love for all things wellness – in particular, fitness through boxing and yoga, and mindfulness through journaling, gratitude practices, and meditation. I’m a total self-development junkie. I love continually learning, working on myself, and striving to become my best, most positive, happy self. I also find immense joy in bringing others together and creating memorable moments for them. I’m definitely the planner of my squad. 

These passions took me quite a bit of time to discover. And I’m still discovering them. The majority of my life, up until my early to mid-20s was spent checking boxes without really knowing why. A path that I think so many others find themselves on and regretting at one point or another.  

My plan was always to work hard in school, land the best possible corporate job out of college, meet the guy I was supposed to be with in my early 20’s, and then settle down, have kids in my mid-20’s, and then just climb the corporate ladder. It’s what my parents did, so that’s what I was supposed to do. And I was. It was all falling into place exactly as I had envisioned it. But I wasn’t happy. 

I had a pivotal experience in 2016 that gave me the nudge I needed to realize there were other paths I could take. I had the opportunity to go and live in Shanghai, China for 3-months. Up until that point, I hadn’t traveled much internationally. From this experience, I realized there was so much more out there. I was also out there practically on my own, and was absolutely thriving. 

I have that experience to thank for where I am today. Because from that moment on, I started questioning my decisions. I stopped just checking boxes but evaluating what and why I was doing things. I started exploring what brought me joy, started taking more risks, and was loving it. Over the following years, I ended the relationship I thought would be my forever, I walked away from one of the top business schools in the country, Wharton, I opted to have no salary for a few years to give my company my full effort, and I focused on learning about myself and incorporating things that I love every day. 

My journey is still happening. I’m still evolving every day. I’m learning new things. Making mistakes, then making tweaks. As I will continue to do for the rest of my life. It’s also been A TON of work. I’ve had to develop a lot of very crucial practices and habits within my day to maintain success in all parts of my life. 

I want to help you accomplish success not only in your professional life but also in your personal life while being able to sustain it for the long term without burning out every few months. I’m going to share with you all the habits I’ve developed, and tips and tricks to make the most of every day you have.
